The Edinburgh Catering Company will host you and a group of friends or colleagues (suggested 8 person max.) in our custom built professional kitchen in Edinburgh.  Welcomed with a cocktail and snacks, you will then learn all of our tips and tricks to perfect two of our most popular dishes - Beef Wellington (and our truffled butternut squash wellington, for non meat eaters) and and our date and Guinness sticky toffee pudding.  Everyone will make a wellington, and then sit down to a delicious three course meal with drinks at our tasting table where there will be plenty of time for more Q&A with our chefs.
